Missing PHP versions: 7.0 and 7.1

I know they're EOL, but it'd be nice to have those versions available as well, just for the sake of completeness 🙂

I agree, it would indeed be better if only for completeness. I have a few ideas for the longer-term on how to provide a very broad range of services without having to actually ship them in the app bundle, but there's a fairly long list of awesomeness to implement before that 😁
