Can't enable apache module

I want to enable
LoadModule proxy_http_module lib/httpd/modules/mod_proxy_http.so .
I've changed it in files:

/Users/USER/.indigo/stacks/STACK/conf-original/httpd.conf
/Users/USER/.indigo/stacks/STACK/conf-original/original/httpd.conf
but the one in /Users/USER/.indigo/stacks/STACK/conf/httpd.conf doesn't get updated. If I would try to update it manually and then start the stack, it just resets.

If I start the stack and then quickly edit the line, it can work sometimes.

Hi @sergor5 and welcome to the forums!

Sorry to hear the frustration you've experienced. The ~/.indigo/stacks are actually ephemeral — they are rebuilt each time the stack starts up.

I do feel this is not obvious, especially if you look at the compiled stack files as you have. Do you think a README.txt somewhere in that vicinity would have helped? Perhaps at ~/.indigo/stacks/README.txt. Or perhaps call it OVERRIDING CONFIG.txt or something more explicit?
